Position: Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros

Provide expert-level installation and services, while delivering the highest caliber of customer service. Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity, offering peace of mind.

This position is seasonal, starting summer 2025. It requires 100% travel and may involve temporary relocation throughout the summer season.

What you'll do:

1. Earn piece rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan.
2. Become an expert on smart home technology through training on industry-leading products.
3. Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mentality.
4. Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
5. Create solutions to protect and simplify customers' lives.
6. Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of company products and equipment.
7. Explain and provide detailed system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
8. Control your own income by offering opportunities for customers to purchase additional products and services.
9. Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and revenue.

What we're looking for:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sales and/or field services experience is helpful; technical backgrounds like construction or electrical work are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical demands:

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
• Work in attics and confined spaces.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods.
• Maintain a strong safety culture, including safety analysis of work sites.
