Lead HVAC Installer

Holy City Heating & Air, LLC is growing and looking for a Lead HVAC Installer with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a confident, positive attitude!

We are a full-service HVAC & Plumbing company located in downtown Charleston, specializing in residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and retrofit equipment. About the Role

The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for performing high-quality residential and light commercial equipment replacements, including air handlers, condensers, package units, and ductwork. This role includes leading an installation apprentice, ensuring safe and efficient jobsite operations, and delivering clean, professional workmanship that reflects the standards of Holy City Heating & Air.

You must bring your own hand tools, micron gauge, and gauges. Candidates with their own vacuum pump, nitrogen regulator, recovery machine, and torches are strongly . Installers must be able to work in hot environments, remove existing equipment, and install and start up new systems up to 10 tons.

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Possess the hand tools necessary for the position

• Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
• Ability to climb and descend ladders safely
