The Installation Technician II will install, test, troubleshoot and repair all aspects of our security systems including access control, Intercom, phone, and IP video systems at customer sites. To that end, the Lead Technician interacts directly with the client, client representatives, other contractors and Kastle personnel to ensure a successful service and repair solutions. The Lead Technician will ensure that service orders are completed accurately and on time, and that these services meet or exceed client expectations.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors. This range reflects base pay only and may not include bonus, commission, equity, or other incentive compensation, where applicable. Actual offers are determined individually based on the candidate's qualifications and internal equity considerations.
