Safe Haven Security is hiring an Installation Technician I to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm systems in Fort Smith, AR. This role emphasizes customer interactions, precise installation, and ongoing system testing to ensure reliable protection for homes.

You will engage with customers during consultations, document work thoroughly, and stay updated on industry standards in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to obtain alarm agent permit where applicable and per laws.
• Must have auto insurance meeting company standards.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
• Engage in sales consultations to understand customer needs and propose security solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure proper function of systems.
• Test installed systems and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Educate customers on proper use and functionality of their security systems.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
