Job summary

Storr Office Environments is seeking an Appliance Installation Technician to deliver, install, and set up residential appliances. You will ensure each installation is safe, efficient, and of high quality, while communicating professionally with customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work with electrical, water, gas, and ventilation connections as needed, and provide outstanding service during every visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years experience in appliance installation, delivery, construction, plumbing, electrical work, or related trade.
• Working knowledge of basic appliance installation techniques.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move large appliances using proper equipment and lifting procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime or extended hours based on customer and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Stand, bend, kneel, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
