Job summary

NuCO2 is seeking an Installation Technician to manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of CO2 systems for customers on an established route. You will operate a service vehicle, manage inventories, and use a handheld device for routing and depot communications.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of technician experience, a valid US driver’s license, and be capable of lifting up to 55 pounds with occasional heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for beverage gas systems.
• Maintain assigned service vehicle, tool inventory, parts inventory, and general upkeep of vehicle.

• Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of equipment.

The schedule for this role is Wednesday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We have an immediate need for an Installation Technician who is responsible for managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for CO2 hi-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route.

Installation Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for beverage gas systems
• Maintain assigned service vehicle, tool inventory, parts inventory, and general upkeep of vehicle
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned location management (depot)
• Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of equipment

Installation Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a technician or similar role
• CDL preferred, minimum valid US Driver's license for at least 24 months, tanker with hazmat endorsement
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver 400 pounds
• Must be able to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
• Must have a clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations last 24 months)
