AT&T in Redwood City is seeking Installation Technicians to install and activate state-of-the-art broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and businesses. You’ll work independently, meet new people daily, and be rewarded for delivering great service.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus (not for internal candidates), competitive hourly wages from $20.09 to $35.65, and an average starting salary around $57,970 per year, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform climb work.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer sites.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and coordinate with scheduling.
