AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician to connect customers to our robust network in Roseville, Michigan. You will install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer sites, ensuring a seamless experience and reliable connectivity.

You'll work independently in homes and small businesses, meeting new people daily and solving problems. The role requires flexibility, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Able to work in small spaces or aloft.
• Overtime and holiday work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert delivering installation and activation.

Our Installation Technicians earn between $23.08 and $32.21 hourly. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at $47,996 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Whether you’re putting in a new line, climbing a ladder or simply plugging in and activating a wifi network, one thing is true, no two days will be the same.

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs Weigh less than 325 lbs., required for ladder safety.
• At times work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre‑employment assessments.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
