Job summary

AT&T in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Installation Technician to install and activate broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and small businesses. You’ll work 40 hours per week, with potential evenings and weekends, and travel locally.

You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 60 lbs, and work in tight spaces or up to 28 ft. Training is provided and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Flex schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; ladders weighing 50–60 lbs.
• Ladder safety: weigh less than 325 lbs for safety.
• Occasional work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
• Overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday work may be required.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Pass pre-employment assessments.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Work independently as a trusted technician at customer sites.
• Assist customers and meet new people while solving problems.

OurInstallation Techniciansearn between$23.08 and $32.21 hourly.With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at$47,996 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
