AT&T is hiring Installation Technicians in Wisconsin. You will install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and small businesses, acting as a trusted local expert. Expect to meet new people daily, solve problems, and be rewarded for quality workmanship.

You’ll need a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime. Comprehensive benefits and a generous sign‑on bonus are offered.

OurInstallation Techniciansearn between$25.39 and $32.21 hourly.With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at$52,806 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Whether you’re putting in a new line, climbing a ladder or simply plugging in and activating a wifi network, one thing is true, no two days will be the same.

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings andweekends.

• Possess a valid state driver'slicense.

• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs

• Weigh less than 325lbs., required for laddersafety.

• At times work in smallspaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)

• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holidaywork.

• Identify wire and cablecolors.

• Qualify on pre-employmentassessments.

**Sign-on bonus is paid out as follows: Payout Schedule:

• $ 1,500 after completion of six (6) months of service(Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions)

• $ 2,500 after completion of one (1) year of service(Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions)
