Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Installation Technicians to deliver systems to provide an exceptional experience to our customers. They visit our best in the state showroom and expect a system installed in their home to look and perform to the same high standards as seen there.

We offer products for music, movies, home automation, cameras, and security, essentially all the electronics for entertainment and a smart home. And we install these systems in the finest homes in the area.

Our most successful installers are top in their field with the technology; i.e., they know their stuff. They are also great with customers, they listen and value being helpful to deliver happiness.

Position Purpose

• Install Audio Advice designed systems efficiently with quality
• Meet and/or exceed team goals for productivity and absence of go backs or left to dos
• Create, maintain and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis during the installation process
• Create joy for all, have fun. Firing up an entertainment system or smart home for a customer is just simply fun.

Position Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, and home theater solutions that engage customers and drive profitability
• Resolve installation difficulties to provide the intended scope with an eye toward efficient use of time.
• Complete the admin tasks with timeless and quality such as time logs, returning of parts, and van inventory accounting.
• Drive repeat business by providing excellent service

Position Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of A/V installation experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, take initiative, and multi-task
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A passion for high-performance audio and high-quality work
• Pass a drug test and background check
