Purpose

Assist the project manager with project completion and work independently on projects.

Duties

• Run wires independently
• Install cameras, access points, speakers, TVs, and terminate network wires
• Perform wire dress work following company standards
• Track all items removed from van stock
• Ensure transfers from main warehouse to van stock are accepted
• Update ProjX360 daily with notes on completed onsite work
• Keep vans maintained and clean on a weekly basis
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Qualifications / Requirements

• Physical ability to lift equipment above 50 pounds
• Able to work with ladders at various heights
• Ability to work outdoors
• Potential exposure to allergens
• Exposure to loud noise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to drive a cargo van and hold a valid driver’s license
• Minimum six months experience as a technician apprentice
• Ability to complete tasks independently
• High level of tool experience and ability to perform challenging drill work
• Experience terminating network wires and splicing speaker wires
• Basic knowledge of rack equipment
