Job summary

AT&T is seeking Installation Technicians in Carson City, Nevada to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and small businesses. You will work independently, engaging with customers and solving problems while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Typical schedule is 40 hours per week with overtime and on-call opportunities. A valid driver's license is required, and the role includes paid training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

You’ll work independently at our customer’s homes and businesses as a trusted expert, installing the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services. You’ll have the opportunity to meet new people every day while solving problems and being rewarded for doing great work. Whether you’re putting in a new line, climbing a ladder or simply plugging in and activating a Wi-Fi network, one thing is true, no two days will be the same.

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings andweekends.
• Possess a valid statedriver’slicense.
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs. – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs.
• Weigh less than 325lbs., required for laddersafety.
• At times work in smallspaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holidaywork.
• Identify wire and cablecolors.
• Qualify onpre-employmentassessments.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
