Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Installation Technician role based in Las Cruces, NM. The Installation Technician will install, configure, and maintain two-way radio systems, public safety vehicle packages, cabling, and related communication equipment at customer locations and company facilities. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical diagrams, performing equipment mounting and wiring in vehicles and buildings, and conducting functional tests to ensure reliable operation. The role involves diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, documenting work performed, and collaborating with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards. This position also requires direct interaction with customers to explain work performed, provide basic equipment usage guidance, and support overall customer satisfaction.
