Job summary

Home Solutions Midwest is seeking a dedicated Installer to ensure work site setup and perform routine window, door and gutter installations in line with company standards. You will tear down sites and help maintain a clean, safe work environment while delivering Signature Service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, basic carpentry experience, and the ability to communicate with homeowners and teammates.

• Prepare the job site for setup and tear down.

• Assist in meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and revenue dollars per period.
• Adheres to proper safety techniques.
• Builds and sustains positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Demonstrates self-leadership and personal accountability.

Job description

The purpose of this position is to ensure work site set up, performs basic to routine window, door and gutter installations and removal, performs work site tear down and clean up of the entire job site in accordance with Home Solutions Midwest's guidelines.

Education and Experience

• Constantly positions self to remove/install products at various levels
• Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to install products
• Occasionally moves windows/doors and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
• Occasionally operates power tools
• Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions
