Job summary

Andersen Corp. in Wichita, Kansas is looking for skilled professionals for window installation and remodel projects. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service to homeowners, ensuring efficient workflow, and completing both exterior and interior finish work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, customer service experience, and must hold a valid Kansas State Driver's License. This position offers year-round work with quality products and preparation.

Qualifications

• Window installation and remodel experience.
• A proven track record of superior workmanship.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of construction or carpentry experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid Kansas State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Take time to get to know homeowners.
• Explain what will happen throughout the day.
• Practice efficient demolition to minimally impact customers.
• Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer.
• Preparation of windows/doors and existing openings.
• Exterior/Interior finish work on all products.
