Job summary

XPEL, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an Installation Support Technician II to provide onsite installation support across brick-and-mortar, mobile, or on-site locations.

You will help prepare orders, stock shelves, and keep the shop organized while supporting the installation team. You must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; the role requires lifting up to 45 lbs and comfortable handling high-end vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company policy.
• Ability to safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and stock shelves with film supplies.
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Keep the shop picked up, organized and clean.
• Help prepare parts for application.
• Clean/wipe down vehicles to prepare for application and delivery.
• Assist the team with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
• Keep towels laundered.
• Cut kits.
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles.
• Porter clients as needed.
