KONE Richmond, VA is seeking an Installation Supervisor to manage local installation operations. You will lead on-site teams with multiple subcontractors, ensure safety protocols, and drive effective resource management to meet project goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction supervision, experience with union teams, and a degree in a related field. You will collaborate with contractors and internal teams while continually seeking learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant construction supervision experience.
• Experience leading a union represented workforce is preferred.
• Ability to interpret code requirements and building systems on job sites.

The hiring range for this role is $105,100.00 – $137,970.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
