Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Installation Services Project Coordinator to lead the successful coordination of customer projects from start to finish. This role blends deep knowledge of our products and programs with strong communication and relationship-building skills to ensure seamless collaboration across teams and exceptional service for our customers.

Coordinate with clients and internal functions including Sales, Project Management, and Installation Team to ensure a smooth handoff transition from sales.
Effectively communicate installation process from start to finish to clients through a New Project Welcome Call.
Effectively communicate with customers on timelines for projects, deadlines for document submission and provide confirmation details (days and times) for onsite visits. Adjust accordingly based on customers wants and needs along with technician availability based on install capacity planning with the Installation Team.
Communicate with Clients and their Contractors via phone and email to collect all pertinent information (e.g. Blueprints, Photos, Construction Timeline, etc.) prior to Project Management reviewing Client file.
Work with Project Management to coordinate and schedule all Commercial and Residential installations.
Ensure Clients receive, sign, and return all appropriate documentation (e.g. CAD drawings, Pre-Installation Checklists, etc.) prior to their confirmed installation date.
Maintain excellent client relationships.
Maintain CRM/Salesforce and stay on top of outreach tasks and reminders.
Troubleshoot potential issues and resolves existing problems.
Provide timely and accurate information to incoming clients order status and product knowledge requests.
Ensure client deadlines are met.
Communicate the business brand and solicits customer opinions and suggestions.
Provide solutions, recommendations, and product information with a sense of urgency, positivity, and empathy.
Perform other admin/facilities duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do You Have:

High School Diploma
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Salesforce
Previous installation coordination experience
Experience in high-end client services and/or installation services
1-3 years of experience in a client services and/or sales support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM software (such as Salesforce)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Strong desire and passion to help people and provide an excellent customer experience
Ability to be honest and transparent in a professional manner
Dependable and trustworthy with a positive attitude
Self-motivated and proactive
Thrive on engaging with customers; can begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections tactfully

Work Environment

Work is primarily performed in an office setting with standard working hours; however, occasional after-hours support may be required.
This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
The position requires frequent interaction with employees across different departments, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
The role may involve sitting for extended periods, working on a computer.
Able to lift 25 lbs.
