Job description



Arjo's Installation Project Manager - Ceiling Lifts is an administration-heavy function that tracks and reports on multiple Arjo Ceiling Lift installation projects at various stages of completion. This is a cross functional role involving heavy collaboration with Arjo Leaders and the Leaders of Arjo's customer hospitals.


Day-to-day activities:



  • Coordinate daily installation activities and schedules.

  • Confirm Ceiling Lift Assessments for accuracy.

  • Periodic updates and reports to Arjo and customer leadership: Project Status, Monthly Activity Review, Weekly Schedule Itinerary, Expense Reports.

  • Work with Arjo and 3rd party Ceiling Lift project teams to ensure project installation schedules and deadlines are met.

  • Regular collaboration with onsite Hospital Administrators, Nursing Directors, Nursing-Home Owners, Contractors, Architects, Equipment Planners, Project Managers.

  • Review all quotes and installation plans.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree desired, but not required.

  • 5+ years' direct hands-on experience in capital medical equipment installation and process coordination.

  • Construction Project Management experience desirable.

  • Advanced training and/or work experience in healthcare operations a plus.

  • Must be able to interpret and manipulate CAD, PDF drawings, software programs, technical manuals, and written correspondence.

  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, presentation.

  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Current OSHA 30-hour Safety Card (or able to obtain within 6 months of hire).

  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Quick Base, etc.)

  • Able to travel 25%-50%, including occasional international travel.

  • Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
