Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Installation Manager in Reno, NV to lead the installation life cycle, direct subcontractors, and protect project profitability.

You will work with homeowners, apply installation practices, estimate materials, and handle project paperwork. Travel within the territory, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Starting salary around $60,000 per year; comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth available.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Ability to travel within location territory.
• Valid US driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for handling customer conflicts.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation life cycle and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget projects.
• Direct installation teams to meet financial objectives and quality standards.
• Assess workflow and skill needs for each project and prepare material estimates.
• Handle project paperwork and EPA lead-safe documentation as required.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
