Job summary

Esler Companies LLC in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Windows and Doors Installer to join our field team. You will safely demolish and install, prepare openings, and perform finish work on all products.

You will work closely with the Lead Installer, explain the day’s process to customers, and ensure quality workmanship with a strong focus on exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience working in construction, a trade, window installation, or similar.
• Experience working with a metal brake and power tools.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A proven track record of superior craftsmanship.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe and efficient demolition and completion of the installation project.
• Perform walkthroughs with customers before and after the project to explain what will happen throughout the day.
• Preparation of windows, doors, and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.
• Exterior and Interior finish work on all products.
• Working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
