Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in home improvement or related field.
• Previous customer service experience with win/win problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.
• Experience recruiting independent contractors.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
• Provide installation solutions matching customer expectations and adapt specs to installation requirements.
• Confirm contract details to align expectations with product features and installation.
• Provide feedback to sales if a job is on hold and assist in quick resolution.
• Determine installation labor duration and materials needed for completion.
• Prepare and hand off complete job files to internal customers on time.
