Job summary

84 Lumber is seeking an Installation Manager to lead development and evaluation of installed programs and supervise hiring, training, and evaluation of installed personnel. The role involves qualifying labor sources, reducing risk, and supporting profitable programs.

The candidate will participate in bids and sales presentations, and develop policies for installed programs to drive customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting common scientific and technical reports, financial reports and legal documents; respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or business community.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret a wide range of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle abstract/concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in Hiring of Installed personnel. (Installers and Install managers)
• Training Installed Managers.
• Evaluating Installed managers and programs.
• Assisting in bids and sales presentations.
• Interviewing, qualifying and contracting subcontractors for labor sources.
• Developing policy and procedures for installed programs.
