Job summary

Air Experts in partnership with ARS is seeking a full-time permitting coordinator to manage HVAC project permits and inspections. The role requires coordinating with customers and city officials, tracking submissions, and ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications

• Permitting experience is required.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with permitting and permit tracking, particularly in the HVAC or construction industries
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
