Holman Enterprises in O'Fallon, Missouri is seeking an Installation Mechanic to join Holman Upfitting. You will build vehicles per work instructions and safely mount mechanical and electrical equipment, testing parts before final inspection.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of electrical, mechanical, and equipment assembly experience, with vehicle electrical wiring and schematic familiarity. Must be proficient with hand and power tools and able to work in varying environments; ready to pass a

Qualifications

• Vehicle electrical/wiring experience required.
• Decal experience is a plus.
• 1-3 years of electrical, mechanical, and equipment assembly experience.
• Completion or current enrollment in an accredited Technical School.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Understand electrical schematics and 12V circuits.
• Able to work in multiple environments and pass a physical, drug test, and background check.

Holman Upfitting has a great opportunity for an Installation Mechanic to join our team in O'Fallon, Missouri.Pay: $22.00 per hour (piece rate)Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pmMust be able to provide basic hand and power toolsBenefits include paid time off, holidays off, health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement and more!

What will you do?

• Ability to build vehicles according to work instructions and prints
• Ability to safely mount and connect mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Responsible for testing installed parts prior to final inspection.
• Responsible for verifying all line items have been completed on the work order.
• Inform and communicate suggestions and errors to relevant departments for continuous improvement of the installation process
