Job summary

Esler Companies is hiring an Installation Manager to oversee residential window and door replacement projects, coordinating planning, scheduling, and completion with installation partners.

You will lead teams to deliver work safely, on time, and to quality standards, review scopes and materials, and support homeowners throughout the process. 3–5 years of relevant experience and travel across the territory are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of installation management or related field experience.
• Experience leading subcontractors or field teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and auto insurance.

• Manage residential window and door replacement projects from planning through completion.
• Lead installation partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Review project scope, measurements, labor requirements, and material needs.
• Support homeowners throughout the installation process and help resolve concerns.
• Ensure projects meet quality, installation, and financial standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including EPA Lead Safe Work Practice requirements.

• 3-5 years of experience in installation management, project management, construction operations, or residential remodeling.
• Experience leading subcontractors, installation crews, or field teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and automobile insurance.
