As an Installation Manager, you'll oversee residential window and door replacement projects from planning through completion, coordinating installation partners and supporting homeowners to deliver a high-quality installation experience. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager, installation leader, or construction professional who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and driving results.

• Manage residential window and door replacement projects from planning through completion.
• Lead installation partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Review project scope, measurements, labor requirements, and material needs.
• Support homeowners throughout the installation process and help resolve concerns.
• Ensure projects meet quality, installation, and financial standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including EPA Lead Safe Work Practice requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in installation management, project management, construction operations, or residential remodeling.
• Experience leading subcontractors, installation crews, or field teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and automobile insurance.
