  • Develop, maintain, and update installation manuals, job aids, and training resources for various turf applications (landscape, rooftop, putting greens, playgrounds, pet areas, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create visual content, including photos, diagrams, and how-to videos.
  • Document and report on training activities, site visits, and distributor performance related to installation standards.
  • Support technical support ticketing or inquiry resolution as needed.
Product Knowledge & Internal Collaboration
  • Maintain deep knowledge of SYNLawn product lines and accessories.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices, new installation technologies, and evolving codes or standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D, operations, and sales teams to provide installation feedback for continuous product and process improvement.
  • Participate in beta testing and validation of new tools or methods before wider rollout.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in synthetic turf installation, with exposure to a wide range of applications (residential, commercial, sports, rooftops, etc.).
  • Proven ability to train and educate crews, customers, and partners in both small and large-group settings.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills—comfortable leading live demos and classroom-style training.
  • Strong organizational and office skills with the ability to develop training content, reports, and instructional materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel frequently and work independently in the field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 60% travel required, including domestic travel for distributor training, trade shows, and site visits.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to kneel, bend, lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
  • Comfortable with moderate physical labor in varied weather and terrain conditions.
