Job summary

Mechdyne Corporation is seeking a Lead AV/VR installation leader to guide on-site teams, oversee installations, and ensure quality and client satisfaction. The role blends hands-on technical work with project oversight and frequent travel.

You will coordinate with project managers and clients to hit timelines, mentor technicians, and manage project progress, inventory, and documentation. U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.

Lead and deliver world-class AV/VR installations at Mechdyne. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership and project oversight—often on the road.

What You’ll Do

• Lead installation teams on AV/VR projects across client sites
• Oversee system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to hit timelines
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Train and mentor technicians
• Track project progress, inventory, and documentation

What You Bring

• AV installation experience + team leadership
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Ability to work on-site (lifting, ladders, etc.)

Preferred

• CTS / CTS-I or AVIXA certifications
• Experience leading large or complex installations

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
