Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead residential window and door installation projects in Anchorage, Alaska, with support for remote Alaska regions as needed.

The role oversees the full installation lifecycle—from measurements and estimating through installation and project completion. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and capable of leading crews across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate technical measurements for window and door projects
• Assess job sites, installation requirements, materials, and potential risks
• Prepare labor estimates, scopes of work, and installation plans
• Manage projects from technical measure through final installation
• Conduct job-site visits and provide hands‑on support to installation crews
• Coach and develop installers to maintain quality and safety standards
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and customer satisfaction
• Resolve installation and homeowner concerns professionally
• Partner with Operations and Project Management on installer performance
• Support continuous improvement of installation processes
• Travel to remote Alaska regions when required

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Installation Manager to lead residential window and door installation projects in Anchorage and support remote Alaska regions as needed.

What You’ll Do

• $70,000–$80,000 annual base salary, based on experience

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM when project needs, customer issues, installer schedules, or travel require additional support.
