Job summary

Behind-the-Desig, a growing woman-owned window covering business serving Montgomery, Frederick, and Howard counties, is hiring a hands-on Window Treatment Installation Helper in Clarksburg, MD. No experience required; you’ll learn directly from our lead installer and team.

This full-time, on-site role pays $18–$20/hr DOE, offers 32+ hours per week, PTO, 6 paid holidays, 401(k), and employee discounts, with opportunities to grow toward routes, sales, and bonus potential as you develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks at the beginning and end of each day.
• Assist with window covering repairs and installations in clients' homes.
• Support our lead installer and technician on projects.
• Learn troubleshooting and problem-solving on the job.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Help keep tools and materials organized.

Window Treatment Installation Helper

Join a growing, woman-owned window covering business serving Montgomery, Frederick, and Howard County. We're looking for a hands-on, eager learner who enjoys working as part of a team and is ready to develop a valuable trade skill. And yes, being a dog lover is definitely a plus. Many of our clients have furry "assistants" at home.

No experience with window treatments? That's perfectly fine. You'll work directly alongside our lead installer and team while learning the craft from day one.

Location: Clarksburg, MD | Full-Time, 100% On-Site

What You'll Get
