Closet Factory in Cheshire, CT is hiring an Installation Helper to assist our installers from start to finish. You’ll learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a full installer role over time while delivering exceptional service to clients.

You’ll participate in installing custom cabinetry and storage systems, follow our installation processes, work as part of a team, and maintain a professional attitude in customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Full-time, year-round commitment.
• Valid driver's license and work authorization.
