California Closets is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us in Poway, California, as we offer an entry-level position in the skilled trades. No prior experience is necessary, and we provide fully-paid training to help you succeed.

As a team member, you will assist with custom installations, use tools, and learn valuable skills. We value dependability, motivation, and a positive attitude.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more safely.
• No prior industry experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers with custom closet and cabinet installations.
• Load, unload, and move materials at customer job sites.
• Learn to safely use hand and power tools.
• Help assemble and install shelving, drawers, and cabinetry.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
