Budget Blinds is seeking a highly organized Customer Service and Installation Coordinator to manage installation scheduling, client communication, warranty requests, and post-sale service for window treatments. You will coordinate installers, vendors, and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience from product arrival to final installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service, scheduling, administrative, or operations experience.
• Experience in home services, interior design, or window coverings is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently, as well as a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding installation scheduling, service requests, warranty claims, and remake updates.
• Schedule installation appointments for blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and other window treatments.
• Coordinate installer calendars and optimize daily installation routes for efficiency and productivity.
• Confirm appointments with customers and communicate installation timelines, arrival expectations, and scheduling updates.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and post-installation follow-up requests.
• Manage warranty claims, product remakes, repairs, and service appointments from start to final resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers regarding warranty submissions, replacement products, and remake timelines.
• Track remake orders and service requests to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
