Job summary

Budget Blinds is seeking a Customer Service & Installation Coordinator to manage installation scheduling, customer communication, warranty requests, remakes, and post-sales service for window treatment projects.

The role serves as the primary connection between customers, sales consultants, installers, vendors, and the office team to ensure a smooth customer experience from product arrival through final installation and service resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service, scheduling, administrative, or operations.
• Experience in home services or window coverings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on installation scheduling and service requests.
• Schedule installation appointments for blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, etc.
• Coordinate installer calendars and optimize routes.
• Confirm appointments and communicate timelines to customers.
• Address questions, concerns, and post-install follow-ups.
• Manage warranty claims, remakes, repairs, and service visits.
• Coordinate with vendors on warranty submissions and replacements.
• Maintain scheduling records and CRM notes.
• Communicate installation details with installers, sales consultants, and office leadership.
