Job summary

Helia Land Design, a woman owned ecological landscape design studio in Massachusetts, is seeking a capable assistant with at least 1 year of landscape or horticultural experience to support installation and maintenance of native landscapes.

Responsibilities include team prep, organizing plant material, material transport, and following the lead of the point person to build natural habitats and promote biodiversity.

We are a woman owned ecological landscape design company that focuses on habitat restoration, sustainable native plant installation, creating natural living spaces that inspire connection with the land and that care for the local ecosystem. We are seeking a talented individual with at least a year of landscape or horticultural experience, to assist in all stages of installation of natural landscapes, and maintenance of healthy and quality native plants. The position requires a qualified candidate to assist in the success of building natural environments, organic plant care, seed harvesting, fertilization, and team comradeship. Applicants must be passionate about native plants, and overall mission of Helia Land Design, to rebuild habitat and support biodiversity.
