Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Installation Coordinator to oversee installation, paperwork, and repairs under moderate supervision. You will coordinate deliveries and installations at customer sites, and keep management informed of issues with deliveries, shortages, backorders, and complaints.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of assembly or clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
