Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Installation Coordinator to proactively develop and maintain relationships with a defined customer base and coordinate installation activities. You will review orders, schedule events, and collaborate with sales to align on customer requirements, product availability, and timing.

Strong MS Office skills and prior coordination experience are preferred. The role emphasizes effective communication with customers and internal teams, updating calendars,

Qualifications

• Prior installation coordinating experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn appliance products and installation.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
• Review and modify work orders for accuracy of scope, dates, contact information and product availability.
• Contact customers for scheduling of events: pre-site, delivery and installation.
• Update Installation Calendar with pertinent job condition.
• Track and record number of installations by product type.
• Receive pre-site notes, exit checklist, change orders, pictures and invoices for storage, processing customer advocacy; provide final pricing to customer for services; act as point of contact for questions or concerns.
• Write credit memos and sales orders as needed for returns and rescheduled appointments.
