Johnson Controls is seeking an Installation Coordinator to organize and schedule installations, coordinate installers and subcontractors, and maintain installation documentation. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure site readiness, track materials, and update the Installation Portal from booking to completion.
The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and proficient Microsoft Office usage; this is an in-office position

Handle a wide variety of duties and responsibilities including coordination of installers/Sub-Contractors onto installation jobs. The individual should be extremely organized, results oriented, self-motivated and can multi-task with attention to detail. There will also be some data entry in the form of weekly payroll entry.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $18 - $25.73 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
