Cassidy AC in Florida is seeking an Installation Coordinator to oversee residential and commercial HVAC installation projects. You will coordinate installation teams, liaise with clients, sales and project managers, ensuring projects run on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid HVAC knowledge base.

Description

Overview:

We are searching for an Installation Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating residential and/or commercial installation projects, ensuring that all work is carried out on time, within budget, and to the required standard of quality. The Installation Coordinator responsibilities include coordinating installation teams, liaising with clients, sales and project managers, ensuring compliance with installation procedures, codes and safety standards and resolving any installation related issues.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, plan and implement installation projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Arrange for necessary equipment and materials needed for installations
• Monitor the progress of each project, ensuring all installations are carried out as per the schedule
• Train staff on installation procedures and best practices
• Inspect the quality of installations and issue corrective actions when necessary
• Coordinate with project manager and clients to understand their requirements and expectations
• Direct installation teams, ensuring they adhere to safety standards and regulations
• Inspect the quality of work done, ensuring it meets the company and client standards
• Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues
• Prepare and present reports on the status of each project to senior management
• Product Registration

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as an Installation Coordinator or similar role in the HVAC industry
• Solid technical background with understanding of installation procedures
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software
• High School Diploma; Degree in Engineering or relevant field is a plus
• Superior analytical and active listening skills
• Positive, customer-focused mindset
• Should be familiar with the area to manage logistics of scheduling

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull HVAC equipment, tools, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds routinely, and more than 50 pounds with assistance or proper lifting devices.
• Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, and navigate stairs while carrying tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, including attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and other restricted-access areas.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach overhead, and maintain awkward working positions for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida's heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions.
• Sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate tools, read gauges, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
