Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an Install Apprentice to work with Lead Technicians installing our custom home organizing systems. No prior experience is required, and you will learn on the job in a hands-on environment.

Employees typically advance to Installer within 4–6 weeks, with a clear path to Lead Technician earning up to $40/hour. Competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training are provided.

About the Role

As an Install Apprentice, you’ll work side‑by‑side with highly skilled Lead Technicians installing Closets by Design’s custom products — including closets, home offices, garage cabinetry, wall beds, media systems, and more. Apprentices learn in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and typically advance to Installer within 4–6 weeks, with a clear path to Lead Technician earning up to $40/hour.
