Job summary

Sonny's Enterprises is seeking an Install Technician to lead service and installation of conveyorized car wash systems. You will install equipment, follow electrical/plumbing guidelines, and work closely with the team to meet customer expectations.

The role requires traveling overnight five days a week with a valid driver's license and DOT medical card within 30 days. We offer a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth in a dynamic, USA-made equipment company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel overnight 5 days a week.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Welding, Fabricator, or Construction trades.
• Coordination and motor skills to work with power/hand tools.
• Must obtain DOT medical card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial car wash equipment, understanding electrical, plumbing, water heaters, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to procedures and regulations.
• Foster teamwork by communicating effectively and maintaining continuity among team members.
• Assist the install Supervisor to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer satisfaction.
• Uphold customer confidence by maintaining confidentiality and interacting courteously.
• Cross train to learn various skills such as plumbing, electrical, welding, etc.
• Adhere to safety codes and regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as needed, beyond the specified job description.

The Install Technician This position is responsible for the Service & Installation of Car Wash systems and other related installations. Required to establish, promote and maintain relationships with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives and others as appropriate. Capable of working independently with little general supervision.
