Job summary

Sonny's Enterprises is seeking an Install Technician to join our Service & Installation team for car wash systems. You will install commercial car wash equipment, understand electrical, plumbing, water heaters, and hydraulic systems, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

You will travel 5 days a week, coordinate with the install Supervisor, and help ensure projects are completed on time with customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel overnight 5 days a week.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT medical card within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding or construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Foster teamwork and communicate effectively among team members.

Job description

The Install Technician This position is responsible for the Service & Installation of Car Wash systems and other related installations. Required to establish, promote and maintain relationships with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives and others as appropriate. Capable of working independently with little general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial car wash equipment, understanding electrical, plumbing, water heaters, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to procedures and regulations
• Foster teamwork by communicating effectively and maintaining continuity among team members
• Assist the install Supervisor to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer satisfaction
• Uphold customer confidence by maintaining confidentiality and interacting courteously
• Cross train to learn various skills such as plumbing, electrical, welding, etc
• Adhere to safety codes and regulations, including OSHA guidelines
• Perform other duties as needed, beyond the specified job description

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Willingness to travel overnight 5 days a week is required
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License required
• Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Welding, Fabricator, or Construction trades
• Coordination and motor skills to work with power/hand tools
• Must obtain DOT medical card within 30 days of employment
