Job summary

Mutton Rentals is seeking Install Team members (Crew-Crew Managers) and Warehouse staff (Loaders, Leads, Assistants, etc.) to join a fast-paced outdoor environment. The role involves hands-on installation of tents, flooring, lighting, and event equipment for a range of projects from backyard gatherings to large events.

You will work as part of a team, with opportunities for growth, competitive pay, overtime, benefits, and a simple IRA plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible to drive.
• Willing to travel, including overnight stays for larger projects.
• Spanish and English communication is a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High-energy, problem-solving mindset and hands-on skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with long shifts (10–12 hours peak).

What We is Looking For

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with long shifts (10-12 hours during peak season: May-October)

• Install tents, flooring, lighting, and event equipment (Installers)
• Work on a variety of projects, from backyard parties to high-end events
• Engage in physical, hands-on work in a mostly outdoor setting
• Work as part of a team in a supportive company culture
