Choura is seeking a full-time Installer to support setup and breakdown of temporary structures for live events, ensuring builds are completed safely and efficiently. The role involves loading materials, setting up tents and flooring, and following crew guidance in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in events/construction, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation to job sites is required; bilingual skills are a plus, forklift certification

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, including early mornings and weekends.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet all day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Reliable transportation to Torrance or job sites.
• 1+ year of experience in events, construction, or manual labor preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.
• Forklift certification is a bonus.
