Position Overview

• This vital role involves all aspects of installing Amano McGann’s parking and access control systems. Proficiency in all product lines, including lane equipment, pay-in-lane, and pay-on-foot systems, is required.

Job Duties

• Install, assemble, and configure kiosks, gates, access equipment, components, computers, monitors, network infrastructure, and peripherals such as printers, mobile devices, IP cameras, scanners, and related hardware.
• Assist in preparing documentation and providing user support to customers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during installation to ensure proper operation.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently, demonstrating good time management, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, end users, and project managers.
• Focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

• Maintain open communication and teamwork within the branch and with corporate staff.
• Complete installation work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Work with the Project Installation Foreman to ensure quality service with minimal overtime.
• Complete required training and development within designated timeframes.

Work Environment

• Work at customer locations indoors and outdoors as needed.
• A company vehicle will be provided.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring is required.

Organizational Alignment

• Reports to the Project Installation Foreman.
• Collaborates with the Project Management Team at local and national levels.
