Job summary

Superior Walls of Upstate New York is seeking motivated Installers to join our crew. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role focuses on the successful installation of our foundation systems, working outdoors and collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have construction experience or willingness to learn, can perform physically demanding outdoor work, and are reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but training will be provided.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working around heavy equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites for installation of foundation systems.
• Assist with unloading, positioning, and installation of precast wall panels.
• Climb ladders and work at varying heights while following safety protocols.
• Unhook, align, bolt, and caulk wall panels according to company specifications and installation standards.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow detailed installation procedures, blueprints, and project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, equipment, and other assets are properly maintained, secured, and organized.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Superior Walls of Upstate New York is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Installers. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy hands‑on work, thrive in an outdoor environment, and take pride in contributing to high‑quality construction projects.

As an Installer, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of Superior Walls foundation systems. Working as part of a dedicated crew, you will help ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare construction sites for the installation of Superior Walls foundation systems.

Schedule:

The compensation outlined is based on an hourly rate plus linear footage; subject to approved/scheduled jobs.
