Job summary

The position begins remotely and will transition to an in-office role at the Glens Falls location, with a salaried, exempt status. Responsibilities include using JobTread for progress tracking and maintaining project documentation and safety

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential construction projects from contract execution through project completion.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Utilize JobTread and other technology platforms to track project progress, budgets, change orders, and documentation.
  • Prioritize competing tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and job profitability.
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions.

Role: Construction Project Manager

FLSA: Full Time | Salaried | Exempt

The Project Manager will coordinate project schedules, manage priorities, communicate with vendors and subcontractors, track budgets and timelines, and leverage technology to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Superior Walls quality standards.

Note: This role will begin remote. However, once the company's office location is established, this role will be required to work in office at the Glens Falls, NY office.

Key Responsibilities
