About this Position

Superior Walls specializes in precast concrete wall systems for new home construction, offering solutions for above grade, basements, multi‑level buildings, and more. With over 40 years of experience spanning three generations, we deliver sturdy, customizable walls with a 15‑year warranty. Our walls mitigate mold and mildew, improve air quality, conserve energy, and reduce building time while ensuring compliance with structural, fire‑resistance, damp‑proofing, and thermal barrier evaluations and residential building codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites for the installation of Superior Walls foundation systems.
• Assist with the unloading, positioning, and installation of precast concrete wall panels.
• Climb ladders and work at varying heights while following all safety protocols.
• Unhook, align, bolt, and caulk wall panels according to company specifications and installation standards.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow detailed installation procedures, blueprints, and project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, equipment, and other assets are properly maintained, secured, and organized.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working around heavy equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Schedule and Compensation

The compensation outlined is based on an hourly rate plus linear footage; subject to approved/scheduled jobs. The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 USD per year (Lima, NY).
